Hi and Welcome to Flame restaurant here in Navan, the home of Co. Meath.

We are simply passionate about the quality & just as importantly the source  of Irish ingredients we use.

All our prime cuts are dry-aged and hung on the bone for a minimum of twenty eight days.

This gives you a guarantee of a richer flavor and more texture with every Flame steak.
